Full machine training included to ensure safe use of machine in accrodance to manufacturing and UK regulations. Online pre study consisting of ‘Core of Knowledge’ must be completed. Entry level requirements can include beauty qualification or other aesthetic certifications.

All of our machines are custom build, and therefore non refundable. We offer a minimum full 12 month warranty on our beauty / laser equipment and for complete peace of mind promise that we will ensure should anything go wrong out side of this time that our team with have the issue fixed for any small parts and labour fees.

Items like additional laser glasses, or repairs being returned to you will be delivered to your door using tracked delivery with worldwide shipping providers such as DPD. (Shipping cost & delivery times may vary.)

UK Laser Group LTD want you to have peace of mind when you buy one of our laser machines or beauty equipment…. Customer service is very important to us along with aftercare support that we offer you.

All of our machines will come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty for parts* and labour. If during the 12 months your machine breaks down under normal circumstances and needs a repair under warranty, we would ask that you arrange to have a remote maintenance check carried out first via zoom/Facebook to allow for visual diagnostic checks.

Should we need to have the machine sent to us for maintenance please note we will reimburse the agreed cost only and deliver you a loan machine free of charge while your machine is being repaired** (we cover all agreed UK postage cost only).

We suggest that you keep the original flight box/packaging should you need to transport a machine to us for maintenance. The use of a loan machine is only available if a manufacturer fault is confirmed. Not for damages caused by dropping or other misuse.

We have loan machines available so you can continue to offer treatments, and honour any client’s bookings, we do not want you to lose out financially if your laser breaks down through no fault of your own. Most issues can be resolved immediately such as water fills. UK Laser Group LTD are confident that we will provide you with first class machines, and a first-class service to all our customers.

After the first 12 months an extended warranty is available at an additional cost which is priced dependant on the specific machine.

Our machines are manufactured internationally by a well-established and respected company in their field, all machines are CE certified with 15 years’ worth of trading and manufacturing experience and we have been proud to have worked with them for the last few years which has seen the formation of UKLG becoming the UKRP for them.

UK Laser Group LTD now offer a full maintenance and service scheme which employs a fully trained machine specialist who can fix and maintain machines from our Northwest/ Midlands clinics in the UK, eliminating any complicated returns internationally to save time.

* The hand piece is covered for natural faults only, this part is very delicate (will not take kindly to being dropped!) and the Flash Lamps / Laser Handpieces are covered for a minimum number of shots used) or 12 months (whichever soonest).

** Collect &Return Warranty with use of loan machine is for UK customers only. International customers will need to return machine to us, and pay the shipping fees. Machines may not be ‘like for like’ due to variants in machine availability.

A full manufacturer’s warranty gives you the knowledge that should the equipment, under normal use and conditions, develop an issue that it will be rectified as quickly as possible normally within an agreed time of 10-14 days. Misuse, damages caused operator error are excluded. Maintenance charges will apply at £200 per hour. Spares and repairs are chargeable should fault not be due to manufacturing error.

UK Laser Group LTD are the training provider for the manufacturer, and UK Responsible Person (UKRP) as first point of contact. We do not have the right to issue refunds, or compensate you should any faults occur or have loss of business.
