All of our laser machines, and beauty equipment items are custom built, and therefore non-refundable once an order has been placed. We offer a full minimum 12 month’s warranty on all of our equipment, and a complete peace of mind promise that will ensure that should anything go wrong outside of this time that our team of engineers will have the issue fixed. Optional warranty extension available for an additional small fee.
